I am a school library Media Specialist and a technology coach in New Jersey. I've worked in the field of Informational Literacy for over 14 years. My BA degree was in Journalism and I've worked as a journalist for about 2 years. I earned a Masters degree in communication, information and library science from Rutgers University.
I am currently enrolled in the Educational Technology Doctorate Program at New Jersey City University. My research interests focus on information literacy, particularly information seeking and use. I am also interested in researching  ways to integrate information literacy into core curriculum standards.
